In the Pro version of Interactive Globes you can display lines or arcs connecting 2 or more points in the globe.
You can either enter the coordinates for the points you want to connect manually or click 2 locations on the globe preview and then use the ‘Add New Line’ option, which will automatically include the coordinates of the last 2 locations clicked on the globe preview, to add a line between them.

Connect Markers
If you have markers on your globe you can automatically connect them, using the option to set rules to autoconnect markers from or to the same marker. If you set is the selected marker as the source it will create lines from that marker to all other markers. If you set the selected marker as the destination, all markers will to connect to that marker. This will influence the direction of the line animation, if enabled.

When adding a line manually, you can also select to input the coordinates of existing markers:

This way you don’t need to input the coordinates manually and can automatically select the existing markers locations.
Animations
The lines can be animated, using a combination of values for the dash gap and animation speed.
The animation speed is the time duration (in seconds) to animate the motion of dash positions from the start to the end Region for a full line length. A value of 0 disables the animation. Make sure the Dash Lenght is less than 100 to visualize the animation.
