You will get your invoice by Email

Your invoice will be sent to the email associated with the license, when your payment for the initial purchase is processed or on renewal. If you need to edit the invoice details, you can use one of the methods described below. If you can’t find the invoice, double check your spam folder.

Account Page

In the website where you have the Pro plugin installed, under the ‘Globes’ menu, there will be an ‘Account’ page. There you can edit your billing details and download your updated invoices.

Members Area

You can login into the members area of our reseller Freemius, using your email and password provided via email. There you can edit your billing details, download your invoices and control your subscription.

You will get your login details in the email. If you can’t find them you can use the option to recover password.
